Services & Activities

• Inter Library Loan/Resource Sharing:
  Library has co-operative arrangements with other major libraries through the DELNET to get documents, which are not available in the Mahavir Library. Faculty and researchers can avail this facility.(if any couriers charges apply for arranging Book’s , is taken from members itself.)
• e-books:
  Bhagwan Mahavir Library have a subscription of i-group(World e-Books largest collection) over 30,00,000 e-books, e-documents and e-journals. Primary Source e-books collection covering all major subject areas.
• Computing & Wi-fi Services:
  Mahavir Library have Secured Wi-Fi Internet facilities. Members can carry their LAPTOP and request Librarian Staff connecting to the wi-fi device.
  The Library provides PCs for online research person’s. Library staff will assign a temporary username and password. Member can only access the Library's databases and electronic journals via these computers. (Note : Not for: personal e-mail, social networking sites, downloading games or other programs).
• Photocopying:
  Photocopying facility in available in the Library (Max.of 10 pages) on payment basis during normal working hours. However, photocopying of library materials should be done strictly according to the copyright regulations. Library will not be responsible for any copyright violations. Whenever in doubt, one should consult the library staff for clarifications.
